Additions of subsidised legal aid (01-01-2007-02-01-2020)
Description
Under the Law on Legal Assistance, legal seekers with an income below a certain limit and persons who receive an ex officio addition (such as suspects who have been detained) receive subsidised legal aid. The Legal Aid Council is responsible for the implementation of this Act. The Council registers persons who have had an addition in GRAS (Funded Legal Assistance Administration System).

### Methodology
A person may have had several additions in the year under review. This can be for the same problem, but also for problems in another jurisdiction. From reporting year 2012, a distinction can be made between light advice additions, mediations and regular additions.
