This file contains characteristics of windmills per project. The characteristics are project name and address, owner name and address, start date, end date, power, number of turbines, axle height, rotor diameter, brand and type.

### Methodology
The main source is CertiQ data. Supplemented by various other sources (data from energy investment deduction scheme, EIA), WindStats, internet.
### Population
All wind turbines in the Netherlands that produce electricity, except very small wind turbines
