Crime Characteristics of Halt Youth from 12 to 18 years (from 01-01-2005)
Description
This component contains a selection of variables from the HALT (The Alternative) registration Aurah. All Halt youths are recorded how often they have been referred to Halt and for which type of crime they first came into contact with Halt. Each rule represents a Halt-young man.

### Methodology
The file is a selection of variables from the integral file that Halt provides to CBS. The file is irritated and intended to link to the SSB. Proper finishing does not apply.
### Population
This component includes all persons who have been referred to the Halt office in a given year.
The file also contains people who do not appear in the Municipal Basic Administration.
