Description
The file contains all postal codes (4 digits) with corresponding urbanity category and environmental address density as of 1 January in a given year.

### Methodology
All addresses of the PC4 have been taken into account when allocating OAD and urbanity per PC4. It does not matter whether a postal code exists in two or more municipalities.
### Population
All 4-digit postal code areas of the Netherlands.
