Annual amounts of persons with other benefits (01-01-1999-01-01-2017)

Description

Includes all persons who have received other benefits in a given year (including post-payments). The other benefits include benefits under the Sickness Act, Waiting Money and other benefits according to the Fibase (Fiscale database up to 2005)/Polisadministratie (from 2006) which are not included in the AO-, BIJSTAND-, ANW-, AOW- and other Pension benefits. They are given the annual tax amount received, as well as the payroll tax on this amount, as well as the number of calendar days in the year in which a person received another benefit. AO stands for benefits under the disability schemes, Assistance for benefits under the (valid) Assistance Act, ANW for benefits under the General Survivors Act, and AOW for benefits under the General Old Age Act. There can only be people who have received a positive amount of benefit within the year. The number of calendar days is determined on the basis of the periods when a person had a benefit within the year. The variables start and end validity in the person bus indicate these periods. If there is a post-payment (after death), then the number of calendar days is zero.Until 2006 the tax data is only extracted from the Fibase (Fiscale database). Since 2007, they have been taken exclusively from the Police Administration. Between 2005 and 2006, the source of this final stock changed, leading to a trend break in the number of persons receiving other benefits. This may also have had an impact on the amounts.
