Includes persons who have received a benefit under the General Survivors Act (ANW) in a given year (including post-payments). They are given the annual tax amount received, as well as the payroll tax on that amount, as well as the number of calendar days in the year in which a person received the benefit. For details of the general methods for determining the persons with Anw and the associated periods (both before and from 2006), see the description of the PERSOON component. There can only be people who have received a positive amount of benefit within the year. This is in line with the payment concept.The number of calendar days is determined on the basis of the periods when a person had a benefit within the year. The starting and end validity variables in the person bus component indicate these periods. If there is a post-payment (after death), then the number of calendar days is zero. Persons who have received a refund (as the only record) do not appear in the ANWPERSOON files, but in the ANWYAARDRAG files. Until 2005 the tax data were extracted exclusively from the Fibase. In the overhaul, people have been assessed. For estimated persons, the corresponding tax amount has been estimated on the basis of the known amount in the period from which it is estimated, taking into account the number of calendar days and multiplied by an inflation correction factor. The amount for payroll tax for these persons is set to 0. These rest point-2 files are month files and can be seen as raw data. In order to arrive at the ANW component, a number of actions have been carried out on this data. This concerns both a number of &regular ' actions (from 2006) as a number of specific 'revision ' actions (2006 to 2009). The main actions, of interest to ANWPERSOON, are described in ANWPERSOONJJJBUSVV.OMS. Below are a number of actions that are specifically relevant for the ANWYAARBEDRAG files from 2006.Specialties from 2006:When periods of the benefit have been updated (see ANWPERSOONJJJBUSVV.OMS for the relevant situations), the calendar days have been recalculated and the corresponding tax amount has been estimated by reference to the number of additional calendar days. For all persons whose number of calendar days has been increased, the payroll tax was set to zero in the period 2006 to 2009, as there appears to be no clear relationship between the tax amount and the payroll tax. The standard documentation also shows a significant decrease in 2006. This can be explained by the fact that a lot has been estimated for 2006 (in January almost everyone was missing). As of 2010, the wage tax has no longer been set to zero, but the original value has been maintained. But there is also no additional estimate based on the new number of calendar days. It is recommended not to publish on the variable payroll tax, for the above reasons.If the wage tax was negative in the source file, the wage tax was set to zero.A revision action for 2006 to 2009 consisted of linking up to ten previous years to add persons who are missing in those years (see ANWPERSOONJJJBUSVV.OMS). The tax data of the added persons are estimated obv the amounts from the other year (taking into account the calendar days and an inflation factor). Account has been taken of the fact that 4-weekly and annual payments may occur in the rest point-2 files (in this case the amounts are multiplied by a factor). ### Population All persons who have received a benefit under the General Survivors Act (ANW) in a given year (including post-payments).
