Nature Conservation Act, Chapter 6 (Sections 33-51).
The theme contains areas or sites that are protected by the implementation of a conservation case in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 6 of the Nature Conservation Act (or older nature conservation laws), as well as in some cases preservations of older date implemented by, for example, registered declaration. The theme consists of objects associated with a reg.no. (Theme Text 2), which is used as identification in relation to the Central Conservation Register. For most objects, there is a link to scanned preservation decisions and dispensations. This link is located at the bottom of the object information box. It should be stressed that the spatial information can only be considered as a guideline, as only the conservation decisions are legally applicable, and the spatial information (the conservation polygons) is of varying quality and may be flawed. The theme is under continuous quality assurance and updating in dialogue with stakeholders in the conservation area.
