Dryfall duration map, basic map for the Zoute Ecotopen Waddenzee 2017
Description
An ecotope map has been made of the Wadden Sea using 2017 as a map. This salty ecotope map is built up by merging several layers of information from the intertidal area: soil altitude map (height and depth), geomorphological map, dry fall duration map, flow velocity map, wave map and salt map. The drying times have been calculated using the Walter Waddenmonitoring tool ‘InterTides’.
