Small quarters

Description

The small quarters are an automatically generated small-scale division, which is used as an aggregation stage for the parcel-based capacity and reserve calculations (KAREB) of the AfS. The small quarters are not official spatial divisions, they are formed annually and change in geometry and attributes with the changes in the basic data. Similarly, the IDs of the small quarters (GUID) change annually. By means of blending, a parcel-sharp demarcation of the areas from aggregated land uses of the building and zoning order (BZO) (settlement area and non-settlement area) from the plots of separating elements is used; — Roads, railway lines and waters – made. These areas are also differentiated according to the statistical zone and small areas below 20 m² are filtered out. In the case of small quarters of the non-settlement areas, a distinction is also made between inhabited and uninhabited small quarters. **Purpose**: Small-scale aggregation level for the parcel-based capacity and reserve calculations of the AfS.
