Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Speck” of the municipality of Obermarchtal from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The development plan “Speck” created the planning requirements for the designation of a commercial area. In particular, it makes it possible to expand the existing Dornfried plant. The planned area provides for the creation of the heat/heating centre for the local heating network in Reutlingendorf, which is fed from the adjacent biogas plant.
