REDIAM. WMS Risk Assessment of Marine Floods Associated with Sea Level Rises in the Tinto/Odiel Estuary (Huelva)
Description
marinas según los diferentes escenarios planteados en el informe del IPCC del año 2013; RPC2.6, RPC4.5 and RPC8.5 (Gregory, 2013) and by Jevrejeva et al. (2012), who estimates an average sea rise that exceeds by 0.21m the most pessimistic scenario of the IPCC (RPC8.5). Through a probabilistic analysis of the sea levels expected at the end of the 21st century, a series of results have been derived with cartographic implementation for the environment of the estuary of the Tinto and Odiel rivers (Huelva) based on a digital model of elevations with resolution of 1m. (LIDAR data, REDIAM-2013). It includes a current flood model represented by a blue ramp that serves as a reference and cartographic base to the models planned according to each scenario. Node of the Andalusian Environmental Information Network. Regional Government of Andalusia. Integrated in the Spatial Data Infrastructure of Andalusia, following the guidelines of the Cartographic System of Andalusia.
