Description
Water management framework regulations (partly identical to water conservation areas):
The Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry may, after weighing up the relevant interests and after consulting the participating federal states, make water management framework decisions for certain waters, stretches of water, catchment, spring or groundwater areas by means of an ordinance, without prejudice to existing rights.
