Description
The Health Card is a set of background and forward-looking documents drawn up and updated by the Minister of Health and consisting of:
a. an inventory of all existing hospitals, their services, general arrangements and utilisation rates;
b. records of the medical, medical, administrative and technical personnel of such establishments;
c. the inventory of expensive medical equipment and devices requiring national or, where appropriate, regional planning or requiring specific conditions of use. The list of such equipment and appliances shall be laid down in the national hospital plan;
d. the inventory of medical equipment and devices and their functional assembly configurations, not listed in (c) below @-@ above, but whose cost is greater than an amount to be fixed by large @-@ ducal regulation;
this threshold may not be less than EUR 80 000;
e. inventory of institutions or services providing out-of-hospital settings actively collaborating with the hospital sector through integrated care streams or skill centres.
