Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “GE “Interior Area North I” of the city of Stutensee from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Partial modification of the original B plan GE/GE “Nord I” — replaces the original B plan together with B-Plan GE/SO “Reorganisation of Industrial Areas” and SO “Reorganisation Retail”.
