Port

Description

to berth for ships suitable, natural or dug basins that provide shelter from wind and waves. The simplest form consists of no more than a loose quay. Many ports in Zeeland played or played a role in the supply and disposal of industrial and agricultural products and also acted as a ferry port. Some were/are mainly important as a fishing port.
