In its judgments of 2 March 2021, the Oberverwaltungsgericht Berlin-Brandenburg declared the Uckermark-Barnim Regional Plan, “Wind use, raw material protection and extraction” ineffective (Az.: OVG 10 A 2.17, OVG 10 A 16.17 and OVG 10 A 17.17).
