Development Plan Neuland 1 1st Amendment Hamburg
Description
The law on the development plan Neuland 1 of 27 October 1969 (HmbGVBl. 205), as last amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. pp. 494, 495, 501), is amended as follows:
1. The annexed "Annex to the Regulation amending the
Law on the development plan "Neuland 1"
Law added.
2. In § 2, the previous text behind the colon
replaced by the following points (1) to (5):
"For the area shown in hatched form in the Annex:
1. In the industrial area, retail establishments which do not trade in motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and other space-consuming articles, including accessories, or in building materials, tools, gardening equipment and other construction and gardening supplies, exhibit or store these articles, are prohibited.
2. On the areas marked "A", a building height of 16 m above the surface of the terrain is set as the maximum height and on the areas marked "B" a building height of 12 m above the surface of the terrain is set as the maximum height.
3. On the area designated by "C" (sub-area of parcel 2735 of the Neuland district), the designation "industrial area" is revoked and "public green area" is designated with the purpose of "parking".
4. On the area designated by "D" (Penzweg - parcel 1037), the designation "industrial area" is revoked and "road traffic area" is designated.
5. The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 466, 479), shall apply.’
