Areas of processing

Description

Representation of the areas within the urban area of the state capital Dresden, which are divided according to the responsibility of the binding land-use planning. Binding land-use planning includes the obligation to provide information on the planning legal framework conditions on the plots (information under planning law), the preparation of formal plans (e.g. development plans) and informal plans (e.g. master plans).
