Description

Part A of this document is intended to assist licensees and licence applicants in developing human factors engineering program planning documentation that demonstrates how human factors considerations are incorporated into activities licensed by the CNSC. Such considerations help satisfy certain regulatory requirements by demonstrating that licensees and applicants have made adequate provision for health, safety and protection of the environment. Part B of this document is intended to assist licensees and licence applicants in planning for human factors verification and validation activities. Such activities help satisfy certain regulatory requirements by demonstrating that licensees and applicants have made adequate provision for the protection of the environment and the health and safety of persons
