CA System Performance Measures, Statewide and by CoC

Description

The California System Performance Measures (CA SPMs) are a series of metrics developed by the California Interagency Council on Homelessness (Cal ICH), pursuant to Health and Safety Code ยง50220.7, that help the state and local jurisdictions assess their progress toward preventing, reducing, and ending homelessness.
