Description

The Municipal Urban Plans (PUC) and the General Regulatory Plans (PRG), as defined by the current urban law, L.R. 36/1997 and s.s.m.i., are instruments of governance of the municipal territory in its various components of redevelopment, urban regeneration and prevention of failure, maintenance, redevelopment of rural agricultural heritage and forecasting of eligible territorial transformations on the basis of territorial planning acts at supra municipal level. — Municipality OF VOBBIA – P.U.C. – sc.1:5000 – Whole Municipal Territory – Digitalisation from author originals – Year 2013 – Municipal urban plan approved by D.G.C. num. 11/2013, in force since 26 June 2013, following control of the Province of Genoa, now a metropolitan city, with executive order Act No. 1809 – Protocol No. 45283 of 23 May 2013
