Description
The Municipal Urban Plans (PUC) and the General Regulatory Plans (PRG), as defined by the current urban law, L.R. 36/1997 and s.s.m.i., are instruments of governance of the municipal territory in its various components of redevelopment, urban regeneration and prevention of failure, maintenance, redevelopment of rural agricultural heritage and forecasting of eligible territorial transformations on the basis of territorial planning acts at supra municipal level. — Municipality of Valbrevenna – P.U.C. – sc.1:5000 – Municipal Urban Plan entered into force on 27 March 2010, adopted by D.C.C. No 31 of 20/11/2009 and with Executive Provision of the Province of Genoa – Area 05 – Act No 1635/2009 – Full Municipal Territory – Digitalisation by author originals – Year 2010
