Description
The Town Planning Regulations of the Municipality of Siena have been adopted with Del. C.C. n.131 of 18.05.2010 and approved by Del. C.C. n.2 of 24.01.2011.The dataset refers to the data modified by the third variant of the Urban Regulation approved by DC No 338 of 11/11/14 and published in the Official Bulletin of the Region of Tuscany (BURT) No 48 of 03/12/2014.The original layer was created during the drafting of the current Urbanistic Regulation, following the urban planning philosophy dictated by the designers and shared with the municipal administration.Starting from general land use, each area has been identified and regulated according to the general guidelines laid down by the Regulation and specified according to the nature of the territory of which it forms part.From this, with generalisation operations, the following sections of the urbanisation have been created in the following section.
