Description
The Dataset aims to represent a picture of the management of the flow of reports from citizens through the SUS (Sistema Unico Segnalazione https://www.comune.roma.it/web/it/di-la-tua-segnala.page), the steps and actions that are taken from the opening until the closure of the problem. The reports present are geo-localized by municipalities and by topics - the data of the reports published are as they result from the user reports, regardless of the veracity attested or not compared to what was reported.
