The farms present in the territory of Roma Capitale.
Description
The dataset contains the list of agricultural holdings in the territory of Roma Capitale, authorised pursuant to Article 7 of Presidential Decree No 160/2010. Such an authorisation shall be issued for:
1) traditional agricultural activities, within the meaning of Article 2135 of the Civil Code, such as the cultivation of the land, animal husbandry, fish farming and forestry.
2) activities connected with traditional agricultural activities carried out by the same farmer, such as agritourism, processing and direct sales of products, tasting of typical products, cultural, educational, social, recreational and therapeutic activities
- rehabilitation:
• handling, conservation, processing, marketing and valorisation of products obtained mainly from the cultivation of the land or forest or from the rearing of animals;
• supply of goods and services through the predominant use of farm equipment or resources normally used in the agricultural activity carried out, including activities to enhance the territory and the rural and forestry heritage.
3) traditional agricultural activities referred to in Article 2135 of the Civil Code and activities integrated and complementary to agricultural activity and compatible with the use of an agricultural area within the meaning of Article 54(2)(b) and Lazio Regional Law 38/99, as amended, such as:
•Receptivity and rural tourism;
•Processing and direct sale of products resulting from the exercise of agricultural activities;
•Restaurant and tasting of typical products deriving from the exercise of agricultural activities,
•Cultural, educational, social, recreational and therapeutic activities - rehabilitation;
•Accommodation and care of animals.
