Description
Building management. It is the elementary portion of building with a homogeneous height (within the acquisition tolerance), with ground base. The volumetric unit is also present in the case of the porch, while the adjective bodies are not part of this class, for which a specific class is used. Portions of building with different height and cover give rise to different volumetric units, even when they are included within a larger volumetric cover (e.g. attic or pocket terraces).
