Description
Hydraulic Regimation Areas are agricultural areas intended to receive water, in the event of flooding from the surface water system and their function is closely linked to the security of the territory, in cases where the surface water system enters into crisis. All agricultural activities and those related to them are allowed and compatible, with the prevalence of traditional farming activities and part-time agriculture, respecting the characteristics of the soils and the correct regimation of water. Interventions aimed at performing recreational or sporting functions, which do not affect the naturalness of the places and are not invasive, but widespread and without fixed structures, are also permitted.In order to ensure the protection of the environmental function and for the proper performance of agricultural practices, the following requirements apply: — the continuity of the roads, including farm routes, of historical origin and their valorisation in the system of tourist-hiking routes must be ensured, also depending on the establishment of a cycle-pedestrian network; — without prejudice to ordinary agricultural practices, no stripping or raising of land exceeding 30 centimetres in relation to the existing or project quotas of any expansion fund or which in any case impairs the functionality of the fund itself shall be permitted; — soil waterproofing and any modification of the existing permeable surface shall be prohibited; — measures providing for the irreversible transformation of the plant soil with regard to its granulometric-mineralogical composition and biological chemical characteristics are prohibited.
