RER traffic sensors

Description

Traffic sensors of the Municipality of Modena. The data are derived from the Regional Monitoring System implemented by the same region, the Provinces and ANAS. https://servizissiir.regione.emilia-romagna.it/FlussiMTS/ The stations are installed on the edge of the roadway and powered by photovoltaic panels. The total number of absolute vehicles surveyed in the month and the daily average of transits are recorded. - The data derive from the Regional Traffic Flow Monitoring System (MTS) of Emilia-Romagna, created by the Region itself, the Provinces and ANAS, consists of 283 stations, operating 24 hours a day, installed mainly on the state and provincial roads.
