Milan — Civic Numbers (REST — WMS)

Description

Maps service REST — WMS of the house numbers of the City of Milan. House numbers are numerical or alphanumeric indicators assigned to each access of a building on public street in order to uniquely identify it in the context of a certain location. The service shows the active civic numbers of the Municipality of Milan (applied or with ongoing procedures) and those deleted. The attributes are: Descriptive (complete toponym and civic indicator), CODE_VIA (numerical code corresponding to the name), Complete number (house number), STATOCIVICO (2 applied, 4 ongoing, 99 deleted) X_COORD_WMERCATOR (value of the x-Est coordinate in the Webmercator EPSG 3857 reference system), Y_COORD_WMERCATOR (value of the y-Nord coordinate in the Webmercator EPSG 3857 reference system), IDMASTER (unique identifier). This database can be used for geographical representations and analyses; it can be used to view, query, and produce cartography or as an element to perform mapping overlay operations with other geographic databases. This dataset is intended for reference and mapping purpose, and may be used for basic applications such as viewing, querying, and map output production, or to provide a basemap to support graphical overlays and analysis with other spatial data.
