The Technical Charter consists of: 1) geometric elements. 2) Constitutive elements of the anthropic landscape such as: buildings, technical artefacts, roads, railways, canals, trees and rows, etc; 3) Constitutive elements of the natural landscape such as: hydrography, vegetation, etc.; 4) administrative limits; 5) toponymastic.
