Birth rate and mortality historical series - 1931
Description
The dataset contains two files referring to a 1931-2023 time series relating to:Generic birth rate, which is the ratio between the number of births (live births = Nv) in year t and the average population (Pm) in that year x 1000 (live births per thousand inhabitants) Qn = Nv / Pm • 1000
Generic mortality rate, which is the ratio of the number of deaths (M) in year t to the average population in that year x 1000( deaths per thousand inhabitants)
Qm = M/ Pm • 1000
