Description
Repeal referendum provided for in Article 75 of the Constitution on the duration of offshore drilling, or for the repeal of the third sentence of Article 6(17) of Legislative Decree No 152 of 3 April 2006:
Question:
‘You wish to repeal the third sentence of Article 6(17) of Legislative Decree No 152 of 3 April 2006 ‘Environmental rules’, as replaced by Article 1(239) of Law No 208 of 28 December 2015 ‘Provisions for the establishment of the annual and multiannual State budget (Stability Law 2016)’, limited to the following words: "for the useful life of the deposit, in compliance with safety and environmental protection standards"? ».
