Description
Citizens who are the subject of an eviction order for arrears ‘with a validation summons’ caused by the impossibility of paying the rent due to the loss or substantial reduction in the income capacity of the household may apply for a contribution aimed at reducing the negligent arrears.
Contributions will be recognized until the resources allocated by the Puglia Region in favor of subjects in possession of all the requirements provided for by Regional Executive Decision No. 1731 of 22/11/2016 and indicated in the Public Notice.
