Certification of accommodation suitability
It is a document that certifies that the dwelling falls within the minimum parameters provided by law for residential housing. The accommodation in fact must be adequate from a hygienic-sanitary point of view and large enough for the number of people who live there.
The office carries out an inspection or measurements on the floor plan of the house, which will be attached to the application, in order to verify the size of the useful floor area of the house, which is necessary for the issue of the certificate of accommodation suitability.
The applicant submits an application on the appropriate forms available at the office, attaching the required documentation to the office.
