Areas with special urban planning discipline (PUC)
Description
Level representing the areas (expropriation, macro-areas, ...) and areas subject to special rules according to the urban layout of the Municipal Urban Plan.The PUC incorporates the projects, plans and programmes approved with procedures having the effects of urban variation referred to in the following list, identified in the map of the urban layout of Level 3 of the PUC with a specific perimeter whose urban construction rules are set out in specific sheets attached to the list of projects, plans and programmes included in the list below.
