Discipline decorum activity
Description
Identification, within the framework of the Old Town Agreement, of areas of particular archaeological, historical, artistic and landscape value and, as such, deserving particular protection. The area, identified as red, corresponds to the area in which the start-up of new activities is subject to the authorisation scheme (DGC-2023-129 of 27 July 2023 amending the arrangements for areas of particular archaeological, historical, artistic and landscape value, approved pursuant to Legislative Decree No 222 of 25 November 2016 and Article 52 of Legislative Decree No 42 of 22 January 2004 – Historic Centre and Sampierdarena).
