Description
P.U.C. 2000 - 2014 update: urban planning-construction discipline of land use. The Municipal Urban Plan (approved by Regional Executive President Decree No. 44 on 10 March 2000, confirmed by Regional Executive Decision No. 1304 of 5 November 2010 and subsequent variants or updates, effective in accordance with the law) regulates uses, ecological-environmental reorganization, historical-cultural enhancement, compatible and sustainable transformations of the municipal territory, adapting to the objectives established by international agreements.The municipal territory is divided into homogeneous and special territorial areas and divided into elementary territorial bodies for the purposes of landscape discipline. Each area is equipped with a discipline of interventions, integrated into the settlement, vegetation and geomorphological structures. They are also indicated in the map of P.U.C. perimeters and special signs that identify areas, infrastructures and buildings subject to sector disciplines.
