Administrative division regulated by the "Regulation for decentralization and municipal participation" of the City Council 06/02/2007. The level represents the limits of the Circumscriptions prior to the date of the Municipal Council resolution no. 40/2020 and replaced by the administrative boundaries of the Municipalities.
