Description
The Municipal Urban Plan is inspired by the guiding principles of territorial planning, defined by the Urban Planning Law of the Liguria Region, 4 September 1997, n. 36; takes as a reference the framework of territorial planning at regional and provincial level and the relative choices made are drawn up on the basis of knowledge of the physical, morphological, environmental, economic and social characteristics of the territory and on the basis of the general principle of environmental sustainability of development. - the subdivision of the territory into areas of conservation and redevelopment; - identification of processing districts; - an indication of the urban and local mobility infrastructure network; - the localisation of services on a local scale; - the infrastructure assets belonging to Levels 1 and 2 with the relative degrees of effectiveness of the forecasts.
