Description
The Municipal Urban Planning Plans (PUC) and the General Regulatory Plans (PRG), as defined by the urban planning law in force, L.R. 36/1997 and s.s.m.i., are instruments of governance of the municipal territory in its various components of redevelopment, urban regeneration and prevention of failure, maintenance, redevelopment of the rural agricultural heritage and prediction of eligible territorial transformations on the basis of territorial planning acts at supra-municipal level. - MUNICIPALITY OF FASCIA - P.U.C. - D.C.C.
