Description
Municipal Urban Plans (PUC) and General Regulating Plans (PRG),
as defined by the urban planning law in force, Regional Law 36/1997 and s.s.m.i.,
they are instruments of government of the municipal territory in its various components of redevelopment,
urban regeneration and prevention of failure, maintenance, redevelopment of heritage
rural agriculture and forecasting eligible territorial changes on the basis of
acts of spatial planning at supra-municipal level.
