Vehicle flow detection via coils - year 2019

Description

Hourly detection of the flow of vehicles through turns and their geographical position.It should also be noted that: The code spira can change over time. Therefore it is possible to find in the same geographical position several overlapping elements that represent the same spiral. To examine the traffic data of one or more turns, refer to the id_uni code of the dataset. Equal value of code "id_uni" indicates the same coil that changed the value "coil coil" over time and will be distinguished by a different value of "level" (1, 2, 3, etc.).The traffic data per time slot are characterized by a parameter defined accuracy that takes into account the possible malfunction of the coils and therefore the incorrect evaluation of the detected traffic.
