Description

In order to substantiate the actions envisaged under Axis 3 - Implementation of horizontal actions for the entire public administration aimed at monitoring and improving the efficiency of the decision-making process for the multi-level governance of public investment programmes, and at strengthening the technical cooperation chain, starting with the ‘Administrative Reinforcement Plans’, the Municipality of Bologna has set out the following lines of action: Line 1 - Strengthening of the capacity to build and manage relations with local stakeholders involved in participatory governance processesLine 2 - Strengthening of the capacity of the metropolitan control room to allocate resources from the structural funds according to criteria corresponding to actual needs of the territory and integration of actionsLine 3 - Efficiency in the processes of managing the employment relationship and strengthening the ability to map internal skillsLine 4 - Efficiency and transparency in the processes of preparing the documentation of tenders
