Collaboration pacts

In application of the principle of subsidiarity, as set out in Article 118 of the Constitution, the Municipality of Bologna assumes the duty to support and enhance the autonomous initiative of citizens, individuals or associates, aimed at pursuing objectives of general interest.On 19 May 2014, the Municipality of Bologna approved the regulation on forms of collaboration between citizens and the Administration for the care and regeneration of urban commons.In particular, proposals for collaboration concerning: tangible goods (by way of example only: streets, squares, arcades, flower beds, parks and green areas, school areas, buildings...), immaterial (by way of example only: social inclusion and cohesion, education, training, culture, civic awareness, environmental sustainability, reuse and sharing...), digital (for example: sites, applications, social media, computer literacy...).
