Description

The centrality structure must be taken into account in strategic planning and larger projects with significant spatial effects. The structure has been formally defined with the approval of the indicative plan. The agglomeration programmes aim to coordinate projects of the federal government, cantons, regions and municipalities and ensure their implementation in the agglomerations. In the designated temporary settlement area, the municipalities can protect buildings and landscapes based on a set of criteria. Only then can buildings be reused in accordance with the provisions of Article 39(2) of the RPV.
