Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Schättlisberg (7th Part Change)” of the town of Überlingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: § 4 General Residential Areas (WA); BP “Schättlisberg, 7th Partial Change”; Last amended d. 2 d. G. v. 21.11.2017. All up-to-date planning law. The terms of application shall cease to apply.
