Land development plan Hausbruch 10 1st amendment Hamburg

Description

The ordinance on the development plan Hausbruch 10 of 15 July 1969 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette page 163) is amended as follows: 1.The annexed "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the Building Plan Hausbruch 10" shall be added to the Ordinance. 2.In § 2, the following point 3 is added: "3 In the shaded area shown in the annex between Neuwiedenthaler Straße - Baben Brandheid - Jungfernmühle - August-Somann-Weg, the fixings for the two rear public access roads branching off from Baben Brandheid Street, each 8 m wide and with a bend head, are lifted. The designated road traffic areas of the road Jungfernmühle and in the junction area of the roads Jungfernmühle / August Somann-Weg are extended to the boundaries of the parcels 693 (new: 3984), 694, 714, 715, 716, 720 (new: 3799 and 3800) of the district Neugraben - with the exception of the corner bevel in the southeastern area of the parcel 720 - reduced. The repealed road traffic areas are designated as non-buildable plots of land. In order to develop the rear parts of the property, joint access roads to the property shall be created."
