XPlanung dataset BPL “Talmweg — 1st change”
Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Talmweg — 1st Amendment” of the municipality of Malterdingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The existing determination that the building plots may only be built upon completion of the rehabilitation of the flood retention basin thus prevents the development of the planned area, although flood safety after the planned replenishment has been completed.
