Description
The document establishes general requirements to ensure the preservation and access to public information through the creation, operation and maintenance of the public information accounting system, in which documents owned by the NCCIR are registered.
The document is created on the principle of systematization and classification of information, the manager of which is the NCCIR, as well as to simplify the procedure for access to this information by individuals and legal entities
