Development plan Wilhelmsburg 77 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The Act on the Wilhelmsburg Development Plan 77 of 20 July 1994 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette page 208), as last amended on 4 November 1997 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette pages 494, 505), is amended as follows:
1. The annexed "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Act on the Wilhelmsburg Development Plan 77" is added to the Act.
2. In § 2, the following point 7 is added:
"7. For the shaded area between Karl-Arnold-Ring and Kirchdorfer Damm shown in the annex:
7.1 On the area designated by "A", the designation of special area with the purpose of "loading area" shall be revoked and set as road traffic area with the special purpose of "market area".
7.2 On the area designated by "B", the road traffic area is determined as road traffic area with the special purpose "market area".
7.3 On the area designated by "C", a building boundary shall be established on parcel 6966 of the Wilhelmsburg district at a distance of 3 m parallel to the eastern or southeastern parcel boundary."
